Connor is a hawk spirit that has been at camp for nearly a year (having joined January 2014). Ever since coming here, he acts stubborn and somewhat cocky towards others, especially around girls, as a majority of them please him as well as they annoy him. He only once deeply fell in love with a child of Nike and the two have dated ever since for months until she had suddenly left. Heartbroken and confused, he decided to leave camp for a while. Upon coming back, another girl had managed to catch his attention, but he still remains impacted by Rose's disappearance, so their relation is complicated,
Personality
Connor may be an immature and selfish person at times. He's a huge flirt and could is always on the hunt for eye candy. When someone actually catches his eyes, say interest him, he will stop at nothing until he earns their trust. But of course, that someone is usually a girl whom he tries to woo or simply a male companion he could be allured by. Once having a stable friendship with a person, he stays loyal towards them and will protect them with his life.
History
For years, the gods and goddesses have watched on while the humans developed through the years, as they advanced both personally and technologically. Lately one thing has become quite clear to them; humans have a habit of being very irresponsible when it comes to their environment and the animals that reside within that environment. They came to a decision, fearing for the safety and longevity of their sacred animals, they have decided to create a special group of nymphs to help protect their sacred animals.
These nymphs’ life forces are each attached to the animal they are a nymph of; if that animal becomes extinct, the nymph will die. The gods considered the fact that here are thousands of animals and creatures that roam the earth, but not wanting to over extend their powers, they have decided to only concern themselves with the animals that are sacred to them.
When they aren’t out in the world helping other nymphs and helping to protect their animals, they spend their time at camp.

He joined camp in early 2014 and found everything rather dull and uninteresting until he gradually began to befriended others and eventually even found a lover, who he thought was the one. But, one day, she had disappeared out of thin air, which caused the heartbroken hawk spirit to leave camp himself to clear his thoughts a bit, in halfway 2014. Around November, though, he had come back but wasn't completely healed, so things got complicated when a month later or so, he sort of fell for this girl. Being the complete dickhead he is, Connor is in denial of his feelings and is using Rose as an excuse without realizing it and yadayadaya.

As they are nymphs they do not age, remaining eternally young.

Each type of animal nymph has their life force attached to that species, so if a species were to go extinct the nymph would die
Each nymph is able to change into the type of animal they are, and only that type. So the bear nymph could not turn into a mouse, but it could turn into a grizzly, black bear, polar bear, etc.
While In animal form they have all the normal abilities of the animal. So if they are a hawk they can fly.
While in regular nymph/person form, they only retain passive characteristics/traits from the animal. So if they are a hawk, perhaps they are claustrophobic in enclosed spaces, but they cannot fly
