  • Zach: He walks towards the Strawberry Fields, hands in his pocket. He's whistling a soft tune and appears to be rather happy.
  • Paige: She is picking some strawberries in the fields putting them in a basket she holds by her side. As she hears someone whistle, she turns. A smile appears on her face when she sees Zach. "Hey, Zach!" she greets and waves at him. Happiness is painted all over his face. Paige knew he isn't that type of guy who just shows that kind of face. She starts to wonder. "Well, my brother seems to be so happy today. How come?" she asks him with a smile.
  • Zach: He hears Paige's greeting and returns it with a simple wave of his hand. He casually walks towards her, still smiling like a kid who got a present for Christmas, before shrugging as a response to her question. "No reason, really. I'm just really happy this day."
  • Paige: She is obviously not satisfied with his answer. She slightly turns her head to the side as her lips form a half smile, her eyes still locked onto him making the oh-really face. "But the Zach I know is shy," she says as she turns her head to face front once more. She chuckles, "Okay, okay. If you say nothing then I believe you." She looks at the basket she's holding and offers Zach some strawberries. "Want some?"
  • Zach: He shakes his head politely. "No thanks. I ate before heading here."
  • Paige: "Oh!" She gives him a smile. "Okay then." Then she suddenly thinks of asking him, "What brings you here, by the way?"
  • Zach: He gestures amusedly to the fields with abundant berries. "I came to work, of course."
  • Paige: "Ah," she says as she slaps her forehead. "Silly me. Of course!" She looks around her before saying, "Would you like me to get you a basket?"
  • Zach: He shakes his head. "It's fine. I can get one myself." He smiles at her. "Besides, I don't want to bother you more by having you get my equipment."
  • Paige: "Oh, alright," she says with a smile and nods. Zach is, by far, her half-sibling, who she talks to more often compared to the others. He's a quite a fun person to talk to. She always wanted a brother and Zach acts like a very good one. She doesn't even feel like they're only half-siblings.
  • Zach: He grins. "Be right back then." He walks over to the place where the Demeter kids keep the baskets, selects one randomly from the shelf and returns to where Paige was. "How about I help you? Two people working together yields a faster result after all."
  • Paige: "I like that idea." She chuckles. "Okay so..." she says as she looks around to see where they can start.
  • Zach: He looks around him and sees a cluster of strawberries not too far away. "Well, over there's as good as any. You start here, I'll start with the ones over there. That sound good to you?"
  • Paige: She thinks about it for a second. "Hm..." Then she finally answers, "Sounds good!" She adds, "Alright, let's start." She goes to the cluster of strawberries Zach pointed earlier, where she'll begin.
  • Zach: He heads also to his own destination and begins picking the strawberries expertly. As he does so, he hums a little song.
  • Paige: She starts picking strawberries and putting them into the basket. She also seems unusually happy like she's never felt that kind of happiness before. Perhaps it is bliss she's feeling right now.
  • Zach: He calls out to her. "Anything interesting happen to you lately?"
  • Paige: "Uh.. huh?" she turns as she hears Zach call. "Oh," she says with a smile. "Nothing!" She chuckles then continues to pick strawberries but the smile doesn't seem to fade.
  • Zach: He tilts his head to the side, curious as to how come she seemed so happy. Not wanting to pry, however, he just shrugs and continues picking strawberries.
  • Paige: She actually doesn't know why she is feeling this way, as well. She just feels like her heart is fluttering. She feels hyper for some reason. She puts her basket down and runs up to Zach. "Zach," she says, "come, dance with me!" She tugs his arm forcing him to do waltz with her even though she doesn't really know how to dance.
  • Zach: He stumbles a bit as he's suddenly pulled into the dance. "H-hey wait!"
  • Paige: Her one hand holds Zach's hand while her other one is on his shoulder. "Come on, brother! Today is a good day!" She exclaims in joy as she leads the dance across the fields, "Whoo!" Then, she laughs as she does some random steps, which kind of feels like a legit move.
  • Zach: Despite never having actually taken dance lessons, he seems to be able to move well enough, seeing as he hasn't once stepped on his half-sister's feet. He laughs a bit, her happiness seeming to be contagious.
  • Paige: "Twirl!" she says. She raises her arm, still holding Zach's hand, and tip toes so Zach can turn around. It is actually ridiculous since that move is a lady's move. Paige is being so random.
  • Zach: He laughs and simply obliges with her wish and twirls. "Why're we dancing?"
  • Paige: She puts her arms down and lets go of Zach's hand. She sighs then holds him by the arms. "I don't know!" She laughs. "I mean.." she lets go of his arms. "I don't know..." She can't explain the happiness she's feeling. Too much sweets? She didn't even have any.
  • Zach: He looks at his sister with a "I-hope-She's-Alright" look before laughing it off. "Anyway, back to work? I don't want to stay out too long.. It's getting colder and colder here."
  • Paige: "Oh... um, of course!" she says rubbing her arms quite shivering, "Wow... you are right. Okay, I'll be going there again." She walks to the cluster of strawberries again and gets her basket then begins to pick strawberries again.
  • Zach: His eyes follow her movements, checking to see if his sister's alright. Seeing nothing wrong, he shrugs lightly before resuming his work.
