Personality: Jae-Hee is a quiet and calm girl who prefers to be alone. She is brave and strong, and does not hesitate to go into action. She does not trust other people, but is attentive to what they say. She never loses her temper. She may seem like she does not care, but someone is hurt, she silently helps them. She is very good at martial arts.
History: Han Jiyeon was a beautiful woman, but her personality was not that great. Her boyfriend had broken up with her, and she was angry and extremely sad. She was drinking in a bar when a man entered. The bar was very crowded, and he decided to sit next to Jiyeon, who had caught his eye. Jiyeon was very drunk and thought that the man was her ex-boyfriend. She said various incoherent phrases, then tried to stumble out of the bar. Outside the bar, the man carried Jiyeon into his house, and laid her on the bed. Jiyeon woke up and stared at the man, unsure of who he was, but still admired his figure. Jiyeon decided to spend the night with the man.
The next day, Jiyeon woke up, but the man was nowhere to be seen. Next to her, there was a note saying that he was Ares, a Greek God, and that he had to leave. He also told her to send her to Camp Half-Blood when she started to get attacked. Jiyeon became sad and heartbroken. A week later, she found out that she was pregnant. She became depressed and crazy. After 9 months when she had born her baby, she wrapped the baby in a bundle and slipped a note into it. She left the bundle in front of an orphanage and left.
The director of the orphanage found the baby, and read the note. It said that the baby's name was Han Jae-Hee, and also explained about Ares and the camp. The director did not believe the note, and just thought of the baby as a mad woman's daughter. Jae-Hee grew up in the orphanage, being cared with the other children. However, as she grew older, the director made Jae-Hee do many chores that other kids did not want do. She often screamed at her to not disturb anyone and to be quiet.
The other kids in the orphanage made fun of her and picked at her, but Jae-Hee pretended not to be affected. She did not have any friends, and often sat outside in the quiet whenever she had free time. The kids blamed her whenever something happened, and the director had believed them. Jae-Hee was often punished because of this.
When Jae-Hee was 13, the director took all the kids in the orphanage to a "spring picnic" at a lake. Jae-Hee sat on a towel near the water and watched the rest of the kids swim in the lake. She saw a dark shadow in the lake, and froze. She rubbed her eyes, but the shadow was still there, and was getting closer to the shore. The other kids screamed and ran towards the director and staff. Jae-Hee scrambled back as she saw dog-like things (Telekhines) emerge from the lake. They waddled towards Jae-Hee, and one of them threw a small but sharp at her. Jae-Hee stumbled away to one side as the weapon pierced the ground where she standing a moment earlier. She ran as fast as she could towards the van that had taken them to the lake. Everyone was inside the van, and they drove safely back to the orphanage.
Jae-Hee heard all the kids talking about the event. What Jae-Hee found stranger was that they said they saw rabid otters. Jae-Hee thought that they looked nothing like otters, and they must have just mistaken them. When she was going back to her room, she heard the director muttering in the office. She thought it was strange, but she went to her room and slept.
Ever since the picnic incident, the director did not plan any more trips, and a few months went by. One day the cook told Jae-Hee to bring the tea upstairs to the director. Jae-Hee nodded, and went up to the office. She knocked, then went in. She set the tray on the table and was about to leave, but she was called back by the director. The director told her to sit, and Jae-Hee was nervous she thought that she would get scolded for something.
To her surprise, the directer smiled at her. She told her that a woman wanted to take care of her, so she would be moving to her house. She handed Jae-Hee a letter and a long box. The letter was the one that Jiyeon had written to the director, and the director hoped that the woman would believe it unlike her."The letter is for the lady, and the box has your present in it," she said. Jae-Hee was happy to have a person that would like to take care of her, but was also nervous about the person.
Jae-Hee entered the car she would be riding to get to the house. On the long ride, she started to get curious about the letter. Knowing that the driver would snatch it from her if she read it, she told him that she needed to got to the restroom. She went inside a nearby store an opened the letter. She froze in shock when she read the letter, which had explained everything about her dad and Camp Half-Blood. Jae-Hee made a decision that she would go to Camp Half-Blood. She slipped out of the store and bought bus tickets with the money she had hid in her socks. She rode as far as she could, then walked the rest of the way. She had also found in the long box, a shiny and sharp katana. Jae-Hee was glad that she had a father and a new place to go now.
Jae-Hee was walking in a forest, when saw the Camp in the distance. She smiled and picked up her pace. She got closer to be able to see it better, but it was still a bit far away. She decided to take a break. After a few minutes, she stood up, but before she could take a step, a large beast leaped towards her. Jae-Hee leapt to one side, as the beast landed on where she was a moment ago. Jae-Hee was suprised, but she quickly recovered, taking out her katana. She was surprisingly skilled at using the sword. She stared into the glowing red eyes of the hellhound, and when it pounced again, she again leapt to once side, then slashed down with the sword immediately. The hellhound growled, then tried to weakly pounce again, but she easily dodged this time and again slashed down with her sword. The hellhound burst into yellow dust, and Jae-Hee felt relieved. She sheathed her katana dusted the hellhound's dust off of her. She decided to get to camp faster, and ran at full speed to Camp Half-Blood.

Where is she? If she's in America, then we use foster care systems already. As for the other kids, how could they see the dog-like creatures?Such is life~ lol.

Could you please expand more on her life before the age of 13? What exactly were the monsters from the picnic? Was the letter that Jae-Hee was given to present to her adopted family the one Jiyeon left at the orphanage when Jae-Hee was a baby? Hold old was she when she went to camp? A whole year would not pass without a monster attack; a demigod should have an attack every year after their first monster attack. Please detail her journey to camp a bit more. Was she attacked?
