History: They lived in brooklyn and his mother was an ex-prostitute and only got Seb because Zeus wanted to destroy her husband who was a child of hades and got on Zeus's bad side after the child of Hades insulted him, the child of Hades insulted Zeus badly, but after she conceived Sebastian, Zeus didn't giver her a second glance at her afterwards because he never wanted Sebastian, only born for revenge, she was drunk so did not know what was happening and probably thought it was her husband but Sebastian doesn't know that Zeus didn't care for him. She conceived Sebastian and knew about the Olympians because she could see through the mist from a young age and was taught about the world by her husband, who was a son of Hades, Zeus didn't even know Sebastians mother's name and so he lived with his mother and her oldest son Jack, Sebs older half brother, but after she lost all of her money and after Seb blew up the school after an argument with someone and got really mad so a lightning bolt blew up the art room when he was nine, Jack and Seb was left on the streets and acting out of revenge Jack drove his mother to suicide because he hated her for giving up on them and he was so evil because that was who he was, he was evil but Sebastian was blinded by loyalty and love to his brother so he never saw how evil Jack was until it was to late (find out later on) that Jack was bad, Sebastian was eleven when they did this and he didn't know what Jack did to their mother.
For the next couple of years he travelled with Jack until Jack tried to sell Seb to the mafia for money as they were short on it and the mafia was contolled by a son of Ares who wanted children of Zeus in his ranks, but Seb kicked Jack in the stomach pushing him back and he leapt away from Luke before they could react. Jack tried to capture him again but Seb dodged him again and he grabbed his knife and when Jack leapt at him again Sebastian buried the knife into Jack's chest killing him. He ran before the mafia could get him and later in the forest a woman found him and knocked Seb out.
He woke up in a cell chained to the wall and was tortured and experiment on for five years and one day the woman, who introduced herself as Scar and is a daughter of Hades, and was getting revenge for what Zeus did to her sister, came in and whipped him but a son of Hecate arrived because he had been researching the place for an Olympian's instructions and tackled off the woman killing her and saved Seb, after weeks of healing he went to camp after hearing about it from the demigod, James, the son of Hecate.
Whilst staying with James he met Mathew, James's twin brother Mathew, and James and Mathew got into a huge argument about Seb because Mathew believed that James shouldn't have saved Sebastian because they are trying to keep a low profile, eventually Mathew cursed Sebastian with a curse that was given to him by Hecate which can only be used 3 times and is permanent because his mother casted it, that is anyone loved Sebastian they will die a painful death, so Sebastian when he later arrived at camp (17 years old) he tried to make everyone hate him and his curse is a secret, no one knows it
Weapons: able to direct lightning and shoot it at people, it turns into a ring with a lightning bolt engraved onto it but he rarely uses its power.

How old was he when he reached camp? Why, how would he have woken up only five years later? Why were they trying to sell him? His mother was married to a son of Zeus and then slept with Zeus? ._. And, who was the "woman"?

So a daughter of Hecate randomly comes in and saves him, why now? Demigods don't have the power to make a decent curse that would last more than a few hours.

You are introducing a lot of names here without much explanation as to who they are. You seem to have entirely skipped the part about Sebastian's conception and went right to him killing some guy on behalf of Zeus.

Well, the history is... conceptually adventurous but it came to the point wherein you introduced too many names/people that it no longer made much sense. Just a note, you don't need to make the history complicated at all. It can just be the usual "god met parent, they had the kid, kid grew up, first monster attack occurs, etc etc."

Why did he blow up a school?
How old was he when he cast this lightning bolt? I don't think a bolt of lightning would blow up an entire school.
Demigods don't develop powers until the age of 11 so he wouldn't have been able to conjure a lightning bolt at age nine. Why would a woman still be a prostitute if she was married to someone?
So why was she so willing to cheat on her husband with Zeus? Did she know that he was a god and if so how?
You still have not addressed the concerns from my previous post. What about Jack makes him so evil that he drives his own mother to suicide?
Where exactly did Sebastian and his family live?
