How it works[]

About the To Do List[]

Over the course of time, many user's wish to help out more. There's lots of things that need to be done on the wiki, anything from generic upkeep that all wiki's face, to more detailed duties that only roleplay wiki's face. There's a variety of things, some things any user, even fairly new users, can help with, ranging up to things that only Administrators or Bureaucrats have permission to help with. Any user wishing to earn their way up in the ranks, like Rollback status, can find tasks here they can start doing to show that they wish to do more than just roleplay here.

Some of the things in this list require permission from either any admin or from a specific user in order to help with, it's explained which is which, please take note. If the task does not require permission, feel free to sign up and start helping. If the task requires permission first, please get that permission before adding your name.

Note to the Administrative Team[]

Obviously many things on this, it is automatically expected that users on the admin team, should be helping with, without being asked or signing up. However, there may be some special tasks, you'd like to specifically either take charge of, or help with. Please note that on this list.

Signing up for Tasks[]

For people who wish to sign up for tasks, if it is a task that doesn't require permission first, go ahead and just sign up your name. If it is one that requires permission first, please message either Bach, or another Admin.

Explanation of List[]

The to do list is huge, let's face it, on any given day at least 2/3s of this isn't being worked on. However, it is paramount that the crats, admins and rbs all stay current on projects they are assigned.

This list here, is the, well should be the, up to date project list. What the departments and bureaucrats are currently seeing as the most prioritised projects.

Help keep track of the User & Characters page. This includes: Keeping track of the last edit date of users as well as tracking users who go over 25 days without notice of their inactivity; Levelling up users who are due to level up; Make sure all the god parent names and faction names link to the cabin or faction; Go through and make sure all minor characters on the user/character forum have the species name, if they are a flower/tree/fresh water nymph it should also have their life force (for instance Fresh Water Nymph, Pond or Flower Nymph, Rose). All Huntresses should say Huntress of Artemis, Mortal or Huntress of Artemis, Aphrodite; Change user categories for users who change their user names; Any user marked in 'grey' as officially inactive make sure their characters have the {{Officially Inactive User}} template.
