Unlike most of his kind, Oskar isn't really morbid, nor does he have a dark personality. To him, it's bad enough he radiates death so he tries to be as pleasant as he can in order to make up for it. Also, due to the fact he's essentially a creation of the Nazi Reich, he doesn't really say what he is a mortios of - he simply pretends he's a kid of Hades or another underworld god.
Back onto his personality, Oskar's fairly enthusiastic about everything, coupled with a dry sense of sarcastic humour which he prides himself on a little. He's quite optimistic and is open-minded and versatile in most things people tell him. He tends to be quite loyal - a trend he thinks he picked up from the nature of the German people at the time rather than his own personality development.
On the flip side, he can be rather dishonest at times and can easily get wound up at the smallest of aggravations. He's also very stubborn at times and he puts too much pride in himself and his creation. WIP
Following World War Two, all of the gods waited with bated breath as most expected for there to be a knock-on effect of the aftermath. Sure enough, from 1945 to the end of the decade, a multitude of Germans were killed and expelled just for their nationality. Millions died as many countries believed they could be legally killed for the murders that the Nazi Reich had committed.
At first, compared to WW2, the deaths didn't worry Hades but as the deaths alone got higher, he decided that the event needed it's own death spirit and thus, Oskar was created. Then, the rowdy spirits were calmed and soon the Underworld as able to flow as it normally did. Up until 2015, Hades kept Oskar alongside him to aid in matters similar, but eventually he decided that Camp was the best place and sent him up there, where he resides to this day.

They have the ability to Shadow Travel, a sort of teleportation; the further the distance, the more energy drained.
They are able to call forth recently dead spirits to aid them for a short time.
They have the ability to resurrect a single undead corpse which will fight, mindlessly, alongside them until it is broken down or dismissed.
They can 'revive' small dead animals (like around as big as a dog or smaller, anything too big like a horse or like a human they can't) to a state of 'undeath', where they are like regular animals, though with skin missing, bones sticking out, kinda like a zombie version of the creature, and animals that she 'revives' are under her control.
They can put someone in a deathlike coma for several hours. The more powerful they make the effect the more energy they use.

They are able to see the lifespan of others, but are forbidden to speak of it.
They can sense any death, mortal or monster.
They can communicate with the dead
They are able to have physical contact with ghosts, as in being able to touch them and feeling them as if they where alive.
They are able to come and go as they please to the underworld
They have a telepathic/empathetic connection with nature and other nymphs
As they are nymphs they do not age, remaining eternally young.
